What is your returns policy?

  • If our products are found defective or faulty during receipt, it can be replaced with no charge and we will reimburse your shipping cost.
  • If there’s no defect or damage in the product and you want to return the product, we may charge you a cancellation or return fee (30% of the product price) and we are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The item must be returned unworn/unused, in the original state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal. You must return the item to NARAY 087739112231 at Jalan Garuda no 75 Ganjuran, Condongcatur, Depok, Sleman, Indonesia 55283.
  • You have 3 working days after receiving the product to submit a return request
  • Once we receive the merchandise, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive a confirmation email. We will exchange the product or refund your money accordingly with no shipping charge within 10 working days. For defective products, we will also refund your return shipping cost.

I am an international customer, how can I order?

Unfortunately, our website currently can’t support international shipping due to some problems. However, do not worry because we can arrange it manually for you. In order to do that, you can reach us at [email protected] where we can arrange your orders manually and you can make payment through our PayPal account. International orders will be dispatched via DHL Express (4-5 days). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon dispatch.

Can I return products I purchased from a retailer that sells NARAY products?

We only accept returns for products purchased on this website. If you want to return a product you purchased from a retailer, please contact that retailer directly for information on their return policy.

What Forms of Payment does NARAY accept?

Currently, we only accept bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards at this time (we are still working on it!). However, for special circumstances, like international order, we can receive payment through PayPal. Email us at [email protected] for further information.

Do you restock shoes that are sold out?

Most of our styles are seasonal or limited editions; this means that once they sell out they will not be restocked. However, we will inform you just in case we change our mind. Follow our Instagram in order to keep up with the updates!

Do you offer giftwrapping?

Yes! We are so so excited to help you surprise someone with a handwoven gift! Reach out, tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll do our best to help you make another person happy!
